Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals and components are included to prevent damage during transit.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
